Composite Louvres Peerless' Composite Louvre System provides a non-corrosive, lightweight weather louvre with an optional radar cross section (RCS) feature. The composite materials are inherently non-corrosive and are also much lighter in weight than conventional stainless steel construction. The patented assembly system utilises pultruded profiles that are machined to form interlocking parts that are bonded together to form the desired size of louvre. This process, as opposed to a moulded process, allows us to make a wide variety of sizes by changing the length of components while using the same method of assembly. Several optional extras are available such as an integrated stainless steel FOD screen and anti-icing coatings. |
